If you're in the market for a desktop laser engraver, you've probably stared at the LaserPecker lineup and wondered: Which one actually makes sense for my work?

Choose the LP5 if: You need to mark metal, plastic, or ceramic—especially in small quantities. If you do serial numbers, logos on tools, or awards plaques, this pays for itself quickly. But be aware of the tiny bed and the fact it only marks (no cutting).
And if you need to do both cutting and metal marking? You might end up with an LP4 and an LP5. That's what I'm running now, and honestly it covers 95% of the requests that come in. The setup cost is higher, but each machine does its job without compromise.
